Welcome to the Urbandale Girls Recreation Association (UGRA)!

We’re glad you’re here and hope you find everything you need to learn more about the sports programs we offer for girls in the Urbandale community.

UGRA provides both competitive and recreational opportunities in Softball and Volleyball. Our goal is to offer a structured and supportive environment where girls can develop athletic skills, build confidence, and enjoy positive social interaction. While teaching the fundamentals of each sport is important to us, our top priority is creating a healthy, safe, and fun atmosphere for all our participants.

The UGRA Board of Directors is made up entirely of dedicated volunteers who work hard to organize leagues and maintain the facilities that support our programs. While these board members contribute countless hours, we always welcome more help. We rely on the support of volunteer coaches, scorekeepers, concession stand workers, and parents—your involvement is what makes UGRA a success.
